Our Award-Winning San Oaks Whiskey is aged in a barrel of 100% Chinese Oak, for an entirely Chinese whiskey experience.  Our Mongolian Oak is sourced from natural forest reserves located in the Changbaishan region of Northern China.  Imparting rich flavors of vanilla on initial tasting and a spicy umami finish, the Jade Cask makes a profound impact on this Gold Medal award-winning Chinese whiskey.

This particular bottling is from a Single Barrel that won a Gold Medal at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition in 2025.  The cask strength is 52.8% and less than 100 bottles remain.
