Our Award-Winning San Oaks Whiskey is comprised of our Three Body Barrel, which is made from oak spanning three different continents. With carefully crafted ratios of this trio of international oak, San Oaks barrels impart nuanced notes of marzipan and chestnuts, rich expressions of vanilla and caramel, and a lingering umami mouthfeel. Subtle spice flavors emerge late on the palate from the Chinese Oak, creating a unique new whiskey, which is then finished in an ex-bourbon cask, hand-selected from the best bourbon-makers in the United States. Bottled from a Single Barrel at 42%, 750mL.
